This is Shaun T’s immensely popular workout DVD. It’s a 60-day course designed to give you a total body transformation. It’s split into 2 months, and the second month really increases the intensity.
In fact, intensity is the best word to describe this workout.
Focus T25 Workout

The Focus T25 workout is another Shaun T workout, and it’s a more recent release.
The focus of this program is that each workout is only 25 minutes long (plus a few minutes for stretching and cooling down). It’s an incredible achievement from Shaun T and Beachbody to produce a workout that brings amazing results where people only need to workout for about half an hour a day. Like many of you out there, I lead a busy life and I’m actually still doing this workout frequently because of the convenience.
The P90X Workout

P90X was created by Tony Horton, a popular fitness instructor.
Tony created P90X around a new concept known as ‘muscle confusion’. This is a way to get around the dreaded workout plateau that we’ve all experienced at some point. Sometimes you hit a wall with your results and can’t get past it.
Muscle confusion is about switching up your workouts and what muscles you are working frequently. This keeps your body rebuilding and actually helps prevent injury too.
P90X was designed for people who have a medium level of fitness, to take it to the next level. Beginners can still start out with P90X too however, as there are modifications you can make to fit your level.
Les Mills Pump
Les Mills Pump is a bit different. It’s based on a real class that’s held all across the world.
This is a 90-day course, which is a bit longer than the others above. It’s based on the ‘Rep Effect’. In case you don’t know, these Bodypump classes are about lifting barbells and the Rep Effect means you will have a high number of repetitions with low weights.
You can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour with this amazing workout. The music in the DVDs is fantastic and a great motivation. Barbells, weights and of course safety equipment are included when you buy Les Mills Pump.
Some people waited a long time for this to become a home workout. Now everyone can join in and feel the pump!
