A comment posted by a reader the other day gave me an idea for a new post. He asked about what he could do to maintain his muscles and tone once he’d finished the Insanity workout routine. What do you do after Insanity? It’s a good question, and one I’ll hopefully address in this post. Life After Insanity You have a few options once you’ve finished your first round of the Insanity workout. What you do from here depends on your preference, which workouts you enjoy most and what your next goals are. You should always be setting up new goals for yourself and assessing those goals as you progress forward. Firstly, be sure to abide by your recovery week.
