  1. I would like to say thank you for such an informative review. I am just starting P90X2 along with Insanity. This is the first truthful review that I have read. I have not seen anything for larger guys/gals to decrease some of the pounding of the joints from being overweight. Overweight does not mean that I am totally limited in my exercise routines. Tony Horton and Shaun T, does inspire old chubby guys like myself as well. Again thank you……….

    • Thanks Chris! I’ve been checking out P90X2 lately myself. Will be writing more about it soon.

  2. Do you have the P90X2 workout schedule? I know you have the P90X schedule but I need that calendar. Do you know who has it?

  3. Hi, I found your post on the nutrition guide for insanity very useful – thanks!

Just wondering if you are going to review and post for the t25 or is it too new? I borrowed DVDs from a friend who seems to have misplaced her nutrition guide and I can’t find it anywhere. Any help would be awesome.

    Thanks again!

      • Thanks! I’m starting it today and I really had wanted to eat according to the meal plan, even tried calling beach body to order one but since I wasn’t the one who ordered t25 they wouldn’t sell me one. Lame! Anyway thanks a lot Joe I’ll keep checking back πŸ™‚ .

  4. Hi,
I need to clarify something. I purchased the Insanity program and when I looked at the schedule, I see in some of the days I’m required to go through 2 exercises. For example in week 2 saturday, I’m required to do Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs . This is not much a problem as it will take approx 1 hour to finish both programs however in Month 2 for example, on day 1 there is Fit Test AND Max Interval Circuit. Am I reading this correctly or do I chose between the exercises?

    Tq.

    • Hi Ratna, yes you should be doing both exercises on those days. Fortunately it’s not too often, but hopefully you can manage to fit it in. Good luck!

  5. How can I buy your product in Poland?

  6. do have a suggestion in replacing a workout, my dvd with legs and back is broken what should i replace that with and do you know how much it would cost to replace that dvd or do you know where i could get that one dvd because ive called beachbody and it was around 20 dollars for that 1 dvd and i told them that is just ridiculous…but i also sent an email few da
ys ago and they havent responded….thanks

    • Hi Roy, I think you’re referring to P90X? It’s tough because the DVDs always come as part of a set. I can only suggest to try places like eBay. They are a few copies upon searching but the price is similar to the $20 you quoted from Beachbody. Better to go through the official route if you’re going to pay that kind of price. Alternatively you can find out what the workouts are in that particular DVD and do it without having Tony Horton on your screen πŸ™‚

  7. Hi, I would like to go on insanity. I have had a depression and some pills I had to take made me get fat from 57 kg to 100 or so (right now, I lost 25 kg biking, so 125 in total). I’ve worked out my body on a gym before and I have no trouble with that, but I’m afraid of my cardio system (my hurt’s rythm going too fast and stressing it too much) if I do this program since I can clearly say that my hurt is under lots of stress just because of the body weight and pills too. Anyways, I’m able to do ’bout 25 km by mtb three times or more a week, I like biking and the rush of pushing farther and faster, lol, and my record’s in 70 to 80 km with it when I was 125/120 kg fat, so… what do you say? Oh, how can I protect my wrists and knees from getting hurt? (Specially my right knee) thanks!

    • Some of the exercises in the Insanity program are high impact on your knees. First of all I always recommend you speak to your doctor about any kind of health issues like this first. You can tell them you’re thinking of trying the Insanity program, and they may know about it. You could simply replace these exercises with others that don’t impact your knees/wrists but achieve the same results in terms of cardio. Other than that, just make sure to follow the correct form (which will be shown in the videos. Do not extend your knees beyond your toes) and always do your stretches. Some good, supportive shoes also help.
