Insanity Workout Before And After Pictures – Can You Get Results?

So the big question that’s probably in your mind is, can you get the results you want to achieve with Insanity? These Insanity workout before and after pictures should hopefully provide some inspiration. Of course, it’s all down to how much you apply yourself, but if you have the motivation to buy a DVD course like Insanity, then you’ll most likely push yourself to complete it.

For the ladies…. I have provided some before and after pictures for women as well, along with a short video testimonial. I often hear the question asked if Insanity works for women too. The answer is a resounding yes. There are countless testimonials across the web, and indeed there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work for women just as well as men.

There are several before and after shots from the official Beachbody site. These are absolutely real case studies of real people who made their own decision to buy the Insanity program and their own personal story, or ‘Insanity journey’.

Okay, so the guy is obviously sucking his gut in for the second picture (hehe) but that doesn’t mean you can’t totally appreciate the transformation in his body shape. He mentions on his blog about how you don’t need any special equipment for Insanity, but what you really need is the willpower to stick at it for 2 months, pushing yourself to the limit each time you work out. Which is completely true – it’s all about pushing beyond the limits you already have set in your mind. The best way to enforce a behavior is to start doing it consciously. If you want to eat healthy and push yourself to train harder, then do it one time, and then another time, and so on. Soon your body will start to reject bad food and laziness because it has become used to a new regime. Taking one step at a time as well is a huge piece of advice. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

Okay, so we had the case study of Teresa H above, who lost some weight and some body fat. While I still find that a lot of women are skeptical that Insanity can work for them, there really is nothing to worry about.

Sarah put up her own blog at sarahsinsanity2010.blogspot.com, where she chronicled her personal journey with the Insanity program. She went on to incorporate P90X (another great fitness program) into her routine afterwards, but these results are purely from doing the full 60 days of Insanity workout. You can really tell the difference between the first and the last day.

Sarah says she lost 7 lbs in the first month but actually gained 1 lb in month 2. This shouldn’t be discouraging however. The results speak for themselves, and of course that new muscle tissue you’re building will add weight itself. She was certainly pleased with the results.

  1. I’ve been doin beachbody products since i was a kid

    each program I lost weight and improved my body! My fitness level is 100% better…i do things now i never could do physically!!

    Insanity is what is says…INSANE this will give u an amazing body and it will make you feel fantastic

  2. What you forget to mention in your little review is that if you actually do the workouts you get the results and I guess a lot of people think that since it is now the number one home workout in America
