Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Results

As a followup to my recent posts about the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution—including the detailed breakdown of the workout schedule—I wanted to share with you some results that people have had with this program.

These are real people, of course, and their results are indeed impressive. But remember, everyone will have slightly different results. A lot of that has to do with where you are coming from, as well as how closely you stick to the program (as outlined in the official workout calendar).
