The TurboFire Nutrition Guide
You may be willing to commit to the workouts, but if you also commit to the nutrition program for TurboFire, you’ll really maximize your results (and keep them). Chances are, you’re considering TurboFire because you want to blast fat, and nutrition is often the hardest part of that.
This particular nutrition program is reasonably easy to follow. You decide what level of calories you need (there’s a guide that will help you figure that out), then select 3 meals and 2 snacks from the nutrition guide. There are recipes you can follow, and everything is kept incredibly SIMPLE (which is good!).
